It's all Greek to us – but not for long!

TradeScope attends over 25 trade shows per year. Finding buyers for food and beverages is what we specialise in and trade shows are one of the best sources of them. A show that will be new to us is FOOD EXPO GREECE in Athens which claims to be the largest Food & Beverage trade show in Southeast Europe.

Taking place on 7–9 March 2020, the show is expected to feature up to 1,350 Greek and international exhibitors and approximately 5,000 key international food traders. FOOD EXPO is looking to consolidate its reputation as the leading Food & Beverage trade show in Southeast Europe and one of the most significant of its kind in the world.

According to the organisers, the Expo will be the meeting point for more than 75,000 professionals from the food and beverage retail, wholesale and foodservice sectors.

TradeScope will be attending the Expo for the first time next year and we're intrigued to find out what it's like and, of course, will be bringing you our feedback. A lot of information on the show's website is 'to be confirmed' but we'll keep an eye on developments in the run up to the event itself. The fact that Brexit may or may not have happened by then may well affect our perspective greatly.
