TradeScope has expanded its capability in northern Europe by securing the services of German food and beverage professional Jörg van Wershofen, who is based at a new TradeScope office in Oberhausen, close to the food-processing powerhouses of Düsseldorf and Cologne.
Jörg brings 14 years of food and beverage brand distribution experience to our team. During that time, he gained a solid understanding of the players and markets in Germany and other European countries. In previous roles, Jörg was responsible for introducing foreign brands into northern European markets, and managing sales and marketing campaigns. TradeScope Director Ted Horton says: "We are very excited to have Jörg as part of the team. This expands our ability to service clients on the continent and grow our food and beverage contacts there; he will enable us to work more effectively in supporting North American brands aspiring to enter the broader European market. Jörg will manage our activities in northern Europe, including visiting and assessing many of the largest food and beverage trade shows."
