The U.S.A. delivers on Day 1 at Anuga

Sometimes it's difficult to choose what to focus on at Europe's largest food trade show but always of particular importance for TradeScope is the U.S.A. Pavilion. This year it certainly doesn't disappoint. There must be over 80 companies here, with dried fruit and nuts – a key part of the American proposition – well represented, as are ingredients of all kinds.

Considering that it's only Day 1, the crowds are building nicely and many exhibitors told us there are a lot of serious buyers present and keen to do business.

Already our feet are burning as we network madly and (Trade)scope out the lay of the food and beverage landscape here at Anuga.
