Ted Horton from TradeScope is visiting the ISM Confectionery Trade Show in Cologne. The show is noticeably smaller than previous years.
They have an confectionery ingredients section somewhat hidden in a mainly machinery hall (11.1), which Ted was happy to find. He almost turned around when coming down into the machinery hall thinking that was the gist of the whole hall.
