TradeScope will be at SIAL 16-20 October on Stand 4M044 in the US Pavilion in Hall 4.
SIAL (Paris) alternates with Anuga (Cologne) year on year. The trade shows are similar and represent the largest food and beverage events in Europe. The problem with the shows is that they lack focus: every food and beverage sector is covered.
The strength is that so many suppliers and clients come to the show. It has also become the focal point for US dried fruit and nuts in Europe.
