The SFFF is the best premium food show in the UK because all the key players are either exhibiting or visiting. Of the the 6 main importers of US premium foods into the UK, 5 were exhibiting and the other had 2 buyers walking the show. The US companies met with all 6.
Alcoholic beverages is not a SFFF strong point. Though roughly 5% of the stands are wine, beer and spirits, most key UK distributors do not attend the show.
