The ISM show is what it is billed as: confectionery and snacks. With 4 small halls and 3 large halls, it is reasonably large.
Sweet things extend into bakery. There are a reasonable number of bakery companies exhibiting.
There are 27 US companies exhibiting under the National Confectioners Association. There are only a few from the western United States: Adam & Brooks Inc from California (lollipops, sugar confectionery), Brown & Haley from Washington (chocolates), and the Jelly Belly Candy Company from California (jelly beans, chocolate products).
There are only 5-7 ingredient exhibitors at the show. Most exhibitors at ISM are offering packaged, retail ready goods. One of the ingredient players was California Raisins.
