The berry best way to start the New Year

VERY BERRY COCONUT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

With no added sugar, this yummy smoothie packs a protein punch.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 8 drops SweetLeaf® 50ml Liquid Stevia Coconut Sweet Drops™

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen

  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 2%

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve in your favorite glass.
