TradeScope is taking a group of European buyers to Colorado and Montana next week to meet producers of specialty grains and pulses. This is the fourth year we've done this trip and we have over $5 million in export sales to show for it.
In order to close a deal, there is nothing like meeting the people and seeing the processing plants. Processing certification (eg, BRC or SQF) is very important for those European buyers selling into supermarket chains and large manufacturers. There are plenty of impressive processing plants in Colorado and Montana.
And of course there is always the Sip-n-Dip lounge in Great Falls to celebrate.
